Insurance Coverage
We accept most PPO insurance plans.
We are in-network with Cigna, Oscar, and most Blue Shield plans. We are considered out-of-network for any plans managed by American Specialty Health (ASH) even if we are in-network with Blue Shield.
If you have another PPO insurance plan with acupuncture benefits, we can bill as an out-of-network provider.
The out-of-pocket rate will be applied until insurance coverage is verified and the deductible has been met.
We can verify your coverage if you fill out the Insurance Verification Form prior to scheduling your first appointment. We will get back to you within 48 hours, typically sooner.
